Outreach - Ongoing Local Efforts
When Jesus spoke about ministering to our neighbor, the Calvary Chapel Outreach Ministry believes He meant it! We’re to become involved with our neighbors, especially those in need—the widows, homeless, and under-resourced—through work projects, feeding programs, homework assistance, and AIDS testing. Every day, God is working in our neighborhoods and walking our streets. Let’s join Him!
Convalescence Ministry
Our goal in making disciples is to bring the hope and love of Jesus Christ to those who are in nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, and adult care centers throughout Broward and Palm Beach County. Many of the residents at these facilities are unable to come to church, so we bring church to them! Church services include worship, prayer, and a short Bible study for the residents and staff.
Door of Hope Outreach
Through the use of Scripture-based paintings, The Door of Hope Ministry provides a visible reminder of Jesus Christ's message of hope and restoration.
Department of Juvenile Justice
This ministry exists to provide Bible studies, support, and prayer for youths that are incarcerated in Broward county. We accomplish this through weekly Bible studies and activities designed to minister to young people in crisis. We also aim to help youths reassimilate back into society after incarceration by offering support in areas that they need.
Eikon
This ministry for adults ages 18-33 is highly interactive as it encourages and promotes connection to God, to people, and to service through outreach.
Foodshare
FoodSHARE is securing food donations for those in need right here in Broward County. FoodSHARE meets physical needs and ministers to the spiritual needs of families as the Lord presents the opportunity. Pray about how you can be involved with FoodSHARE by volunteering or donating.
His Caring Place
His Caring Place is a licensed teen maternity program that offers love and guidance to young women struggling with crisis pregnancies.
Human Trafficking
Florida is listed as one of the top three human trafficking hubs in the country. International demand for child slavery is exceedingly high and law enforcement agencies only recover a tiny fraction of children taken.
Love out Loud (Outreach days)
Come out to show and share the love of Christ. Put your faith into action by serving the poor, visiting the elderly, caring for the homeless, and reaching out to communities in need.
OASIS
Our Oasis Ministry is a new area of our Outreach Ministry where we come alongside those affected by HIV/AIDS in South Florida and overseas. Our goal is to educate, counsel, provide for, and connect them to the love of Christ.
Prison Ministry
Those who serve in this ministry have an abundance of opportunities to plant, water, and reap souls for the kingdom of God as they reach out to those in prisons and jails who are lost and hurting.

Sports Ministry

The Refuge
The Refuge ministers to the homeless and to low-income families by going to their community to provide Sunday morning services, opportunities to deepen their faith, food, and clothing.
