FoodShare Ministry

Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers. -Galatians 6:10 (NIV)
What is FoodSHARE?
Although thankfully most of us don’t have to worry about where our next meal will come from, sadly, there are many who do. Everyday, 365 days a year, people in our local communities—from our neighbors who are struggling financially to the homeless—go without food. Today, with the high unemployment rate, housing prices, and food costs, we’re seeing more and more people in need.
FoodSHARE is securing food donations for those in need right here in Broward County. FoodSHARE meets physical needs and ministers to the spiritual needs of families as the Lord presents the opportunity. We can all make a difference by helping to meet these needs. Through your generous food donations and/or volunteer service—not just during the Thanksgiving season, but also all year round—we’ll be able to provide hundreds of meals to families and stock the shelves of our local food pantries.
Pray about how you can be involved with FoodSHARE by volunteering or donating.
