Big Brothers & Big Sisters For Jesus
Every third Saturday of the month, from 9am to 1pm, our Big Brothers and Big Sisters for Jesus Ministry reaches out to children, ages 1 through 18, of single parents and relative caregivers. Boys and girls are matched with caring and responsible adults who have been carefully screened and background checked. These “Big Brothers” and “Big Sisters” spend quality time with the kids and lead age-appropriate small group activities. Breakfast and lunch, along with a fun activity off campus, are included.
While the children enjoy their time with Big Brothers and Sisters, parents and caregivers participate in a discussion of what the Bible has to say about their specific parenting situations. They also receive practical advice on raising children.
