Please follow the following Payment Instructions for the Liquid Romania Missions Trip

(March 27 to April 7, 2008)

ABOUT ON-LINE PAYMENTS:

All Payments need to be paid on-line according to the dates specified below. Please keep in mind that your payment can be a charitable gift (If you do not want a refund if there are excess funds) or a general payment.

The Cost of the Trip is $1700.

Deposit of $200: Starts 1/11/2008 (Balance: $1500)

1st Payment: 1/31/2008 - $500 (Balance: $1000)

2nd Payment: 2/20/2008 - $500 (Balance: $500)

3rd Payment: 3/20/2008 - $500 ( Balance:$0)

ACCEPTANCE: Once we have received and reviewed your questionnaire, we will contact you regarding your acceptance to the Liquid Romania Mission Youth Team. Calvary Chapel Liquid High School Ministry has the right to refuse acceptance of any team member and will discuss with you any reasons for that refusal. (Deposits will be refunded to those who are not accepted to the team.)

RAISING SUPPORT: Once you are accepted, you will receive suggestions about raising support. As a short-term outreach team member, you may receive contributions through sponsors. The Liquid High School Ministry will provide you with information about writing letters, calling, and following-up with your sponsors. Because Calvary Chapel is a non-profit organization, and due to IRS rules, contributions from sponsors are non-refundable to you or your sponsor.
