The new Kid’s Check In system was designed to make the experience of checking your children in to Children’s Ministry as simple and efficient as possible. It provides us an additional measure of security for your children as well.
No. We want you in church. If you have some objection to using the system, let us know and we will make accommodations. Please understand that our desire is to make your experience at church as pleasant as possible. That desire lead us to create this system.
· We do not have your information in our database. Fill out an Information Card or give us your information on our web site (Click Here to enter your information) and we will make every effort to have your information in our database by the following week.
· You may be using the wrong number. Did you give us your cell phone or your spouse’s number instead?
· If you already gave us your info, please give us an extra week and try it again. If you are still not in the system please fill out another Information Card or give us your data online and indicate that you are not coming up in the system.
· We incorrectly entered your info into our database. Mistakes happen. Fill out an Info Card again or Enter your information online and we will check it.

Yes. After checking in for the first time, re-enter your phone number and you can select another service.
No problem. We do not have a check out function however. Simply enter your phone number again and check your children into the correct service.
This can happen for a couple of reasons:
- Someone did not pay attention and used your number to accidentally check in your children.
- Someone else checked your children in for you. You may only check in a child once per service.
- If your child is with you and you did not check them in, please see a volunteer for name tag.
Check your children in as normal. When you get to the confirmation screen, you may select ‘Add A Friend’. You can type their name in and their name tag will print out along with yours. It will have your family receipt code on it.
Please see your classroom teacher. They may ask you to verify your initials or provide picture identification.

Yes. You may either choose to enter them through the ‘Add A Friend’ screen or you can have them enter their own phone number and check themselves in.
Yes, they may check themselves in on the computer and print their labels without parental supervision (please ensure your child is familiar with the process first). However, a parent or guardian must be physically present when checking your child into or out of the classroom. The parent receipt is required
Yes. Stations are not tied to particular grades or classes.
No. For security purposes, we require you to use one of the church’s Check In stations.
It is a random code generated each time a family checks in. There are over 100,000 possible codes.
No problem. Simply alert the check in volunteer when you drop your child off.
Nursery through 2 year old children automatically get 2 name tags printed at check in. The second name tag can be used for a diaper bag or juice cup.

The information collected is strictly used for church purposes. The system was designed to enhance your family’s experience at church by making check in easier and less time consuming. We don’t like to see you wait in lines any more than you like waiting in them.
Check In’s are programmed for certain time frames. You are probably trying to check in before or after the defined time window for that particular service. Please wait for a few minutes or see a check in volunteer.
This occurs when you have not selected anyone to check in. In other words you deselected all of your children. Your children will automatically come up ready to check in. You should only press their names if you are NOT going to be checking them in.
