Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale is a big church, but we can certainly make it small by connecting with one another. How do we do that? By greeting people as they come into church and by encouraging them to become part of our community.
Special Service Oversight classes are offered to train and prepare servants for ministry. So, don’t feel shy. We'll provide the tools, and God will give you the confidence and grace to help others feel welcome at our church.
- Greeter: Welcomes and distributes information before services.
- Usher: Welcomes and assists people in our congregation.
- Sanctuary Ministry Team: Ministers to the body by welcoming, praying, and encouraging people.
- LUV Team: Assists "behind the scenes" by taking care of all logistics of ministry (e.g., replenishing prayer cards and tithe envelopes and keeping common areas clean)
- Parking Ministry: Welcomes and assists visitors in and out of the various parking venues.
